Picking our favorite part is almost impossible... from Mary's stunning blush wedding dress, to their incredible portraits in Silo City, to the effortless romance at Hotel at Lafayette... it is all beautiful. Brides + Grooms, be sure to take notes. This one is full of details you'll want to remember!
From Jenn: Mary and Nate are the kind of people that make you feel instantly comfortable. They both have an incredibly calming presence and put you immediately at ease. They are soft spoken, genuine, kind and thoughtful and their May wedding beautifully reflected all of these things. We truly enjoyed every minute we have spent with them. Mary's overall look was the thing of dreams! She could not have chosen a better dress to represent herself in on her wedding day: sweet, soft and romantic with a touch of whimsy. The soft blush color and full tulle skirt stole our hearts instantly and we have been in love with blush wedding dresses ever since! Her pastel toned bouquet and light sage green bridesmaid dresses perfectly complimented her. She wore her hair and make-up in a stunning classic bridal style reminiscent of Cinderella. When she entered the bright cathedral and proceeded down the aisle on the arm of her father she truly looked as if she had stepped right out of a fairy tale. We took Mary and Nate to Silo City for their portrait session and bridal party photos. Silo City is an amazing historic property in downtown Buffalo where the natural decay of old grain silos brings about a magic in photographs that we can't get enough of. It was truly the perfect setting for these two Buffalovers, representing the city they love while also bringing about an old world feel to their fairy tale day. Their reception at Hotel at the Lafayette was filled with twinkle lights, exposed brick and petal pink details, once again complimenting Mary's classic yet whimsical style. These images tell the story of all the love – past and present – that brought Mary and Nate to this day. It was a day filled with laughter and tears, warm hugs and knowing glances, grateful hearts and sweet dance moves, and we're so happy that we got to be a part of it. We hope you love these photos as much as we loved capturing them!
