Where are you located?
Frungillo Caterers is located in Mountain Lakes, NJ. 30 Minutes from Manhattan, and 45 minutes from the Delaware Water Gap. We have exclusive venues across Northern New Jersey and have catered event at hundreds of location in the tri-state area. The Inn at Millrace Pond is located in bucolic Hope, NJ. Just a mile and a half off route 80 at exit 12 – an hour from NYC and 15 minutes from the Delaware Water Gap
What makes your venue unique?
Two things make the inn unique. As it is a bed and breakfast with 17 overnight rooms located an hour away from NYC, it is a perfect 24-hour mini destination wedding. Having a restaurant on property is a huge benefit for afternoon lunch, late night after parties and breakfast with friends and family in the morning. The Inn is closed to the public during these key hours. The other unique quality of the Inn’s is its absolute perfect balance of natural elegance and casual charm. Your wedding will feel like a wedding but in a rustic, intimate, casual environment. The property invites your guests to roam and mingle while maintaining an intimacy that never separates anyone from the wedding.
Do you have a ceremony location?
Our ceremonies take place on the lawn. Brides can enter over an old bridge or from our 1830’s meeting house. Backup ceremonies take place under our event tent or in the meeting house, itself (75 or less).

Do you have caterers on-site, or any other vendors available?
We are the exclusive caterer and can accommodate most any type of menu. We have a full preferred vendor list but couples are free to use whomever they like – we do reserve the right to approve vendors, although we never declined anyone. We have a florist on site who rents an old barn on the property. We highly recommend her… brides love her!
What packages do you offer?
Our standard package includes pre ceremony beverage station, passed hors d’ourves, a beautiful Tuscan table for cocktail hour, a sit down dinner with a choice of 3 entrees and a vegetarian choice, wedding cake, dessert, coffee, tea, and a five-hour open bar. We include tables, chiavari chairs, ivory damask linens, china, silver, and glass.
What is your pricing?
Full service pricing is $110 on Sunday, $125 on Friday, and $145 on Saturday. Prices are per person and plus 22% for staff, 7% tax, and a $1500 site fee. Liquor is supplied direct from the inn at Millrace Pond as they own the liquor license – client will make a $10 per person payment direct to the Inn 2 weeks prior to the wedding. Ceremony Fee is $795 and includes white wood padded chairs, setup & breakdown. Staff includes a 1:15 server ration and 1:60 bartender ration, as well as a professional event manager/maître d who manages the entire event
What is your favorite part of the wedding day?
My favorite part of the wedding happens about half way through the cocktail hour. Our brides are on property even before we are. What they see on arrival is an empty tent. While we transform the tent into a beautiful wedding space, they are busy prepping and dressing. It’s not until half way through cocktail hour – when I bring them into the tent – that they see what the space has transformed into. They are always overwhelmed by this transition. They get to see their vision become a reality.
