If we keep sharing spring weddings, we might actually make mother nature change her course... right?! Even if we can't warm up the northeast, we can certainly give you #allthepretty, and today's Princeton wedding from Kyo Morishima is exactly that. Emily and DJ's wedding is classic elegance executed perfectly. THE most stunning Pronovias gown, dreamy bridesmaid dresses and all-white florals were the perfect compliment to Jasna Polana's architectural elegance. And when you add in the happiest bride and groom, well... it's pretty much wedding perfection.
From Janna: Emily is one of the loveliest and most stylish brides we've ever worked with -- but at the same time, she and DJ are utterly down-to-earth, kind-hearted, and sweet. So it's no surprise that their wedding encompassed those qualities.
The setting was Princeton's incredible Jasna Polana golf club, a stunning country club with one of the most architecturally unique clubhouses in the United States. Emily chose very simple, neutral colors and decor because the venue itself is so dramatic. She wanted the natural setting and the architecture to be the main stars.
Emily wore a Pronovias gown that looked stunning on her. Her bridesmaids wore long, taupe draped chiffon gowns from Azaie.
What's interesting, though, is that although the style of the wedding was quite elegant and formal, the overall *feel* was relaxed and mellow! I think that's because Emily and DJ set the tone with their laid-back personalities. The portrait session was a blast -- everyone was having so much fun just hanging out with each other, joking around, and enjoying the special day.
