Just when you think that a wedding can't get any better, you go and read the story behind Leigh Ann and Travis' wedding day from Breanna Elizabeth Photography, and you'll fall in love all over again. From their ceremony taking place in the exact spot Travis proposed, to opening up Hohmann Farm for future weddings, these two had the epitome of a down-home, family-filled celebration. From the gorgeous summer florals and groomsmen in suspenders, to the red tractor and corn fields used for portraits, we love it all. Proof that simple is always best, this wedding is sure to leave you dreaming of a farm getaway and warm summer nights.
From Breanna: Leigh Ann and Travis had such a meaningful wedding venue, full of family history and personal touches. I first visited the family farm in October for their engagement session. I thought it was beautiful then, but Travis spent the last year completely restoring the barn into the perfect wedding venue. After loving their wedding so much, Travis and Leigh Ann have decided to officially open Hohmann Farm for future weddings.
The ceremony took place under a grove of trees near the barn, and it was the exact spot where Travis proposed to Leigh Ann. When she pulled up in a vintage car that has been in the family for generations, I don’t think anyone could hold back the tears.
From the bride: "My favorite part of our wedding day was my dad walking me down the aisle to Travis. I think our entire wedding day reflected us as a couple! Having everything at the farm was so special for us. Using the barn and our proposal site reflected how meaningful the farm is to us!"
