Joyful Classic Wedding at Shadowbrook at Shrewsbury • Jennifer Larsen Photography

Whether or not you're coming down from the high of The Royal Wedding, we have our very own newlyweds to celebrate, who certainly put their own spin on tradition! Lexie + Micky's fall Shrewsbury wedding is the epitome of classic and timeless with a modern touch. One of our favorite photographers, Jennifer Larsen, was there to capture every sweet and tender moment, and we couldn't love it more. From the bold black and white color palette and the stately grounds of The Shadowbook, to the fresh floral design and Lexie's open-back beaded gown, every detail is thoughtful, coordinated and absolutely stunning.

From Jennifer: Lexie and Mickey tied the knot at Shadowbrook at Shrewsbury surrounded by the love and excitement of family and friends! Joy just radiates from these two when they're together. In the way that they look at one another, care for each other, and laugh together, you can clearly see that they are completely head over heels for each other.

Some of the sweetest moments were Lexie honoring her father with a beautiful charm on her bouquet that her mother in law made her, a special reading at their ceremony of a beautiful poem her father had written, and Mickey dancing with both his mother and grandmother at the reception. There seriously wasn’t a dry eye in the house multiple times that day.
