Elegant + Cultural Brooklyn Wedding at The Green Building • Merari Photography

Brooklyn weddings always have a certain flair that is unlike any other. They seem so relaxed, and are always the most wonderful combination of the couple's personalities. This wedding at the iconic Green Building from Merari is a perfect blend of culture, rustic elegance, and is just so full of love. Jen and Drew honored her Korean heritage, their love of a good party and added a dose of their effortlessly-cool personalities into an unforgettable wedding day.

From Merari: Jen and Drew had an elegantly rustic wedding in Brooklyn that celebrated their laid-back spirits and love of a good party.

When they started planning their wedding, their main goal was for their friends and family to have an amazing time. They wanted to merge good food, great cocktails and to honor Jen’s Korean heritage with a traditional tea ceremony. The whole day developed perfectly with great weather, lots of laughter and warm moments. Both Jen and Drew had ear to ear smiles from the moment they saw each other during the first look until they rode away to their honeymoon. There were happy tears during the ceremony and lots of celebratory Soju shots that went oh, so well with all the variety of the food truck goodies. It was a day for the history books.
